Honoring Realtors - Really?

The story (briefly) :
Jeff Daley, of Keller Williams Realty - Scottsdale, has been recognized by the prestigious Institute for Luxury Home Marketing for his recent performance in the million-dollar and above luxury home market in the Scottsdale, Arizona metro area and has earned membership in the prestigious international Million Dollar Guild.

My thoughts :
It never ceases to amaze me what people get honored for nowadays.
Because this person managed to get rid of the most Scottsdale real estate, he gets a prize?
I wasn't aware that selling a lot of people something that they can't afford, and will end up losing is worth of an award of some kind.
I say we start honoring serial killers for out-killing other serial killers if we're going to ignore evil intentions and deeds.
