Clusterbox - The Movie

Dear Constant Reader,

I have an idea for a movie.
A man gets a whole crapload of cbu mailboxes, a fake identity for each of them, buys a crapload of insurance for each identity and promptly starts faking their deaths to collect.
I was watching a news story about a man in Europe who did this, and actually got away with it.
Totally? Yes totally.
The authorities couldn't prove that he'd done any of it.
They had a whole mountain of evidence, and every single piece of it was useless.
God Bless Europe.
Those guys seem to have the can-do attitude that the rest of the world no longer has.
